Partnership of Hope: Marriott & Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital 

Wish Card Partnership for Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital Challenge: As a family-oriented brand, Marriott continuously seeks opportunities to give back to the community and reinforce its reputation for social responsibility.

Solution

I spearheaded a partnership marketing initiative during the winter holiday season, collaborating with long- standing partners Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital and Orlando Health. This initiative involved: • Wish Card Development: Creating custom "Wish Cards" that invited Marriott guests to write messages of hope and encouragement for terminally ill children at Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital. • Guest Services Integration: Partnering with Guest Services to distribute Wish Cards to each guest, ensuring widespread participation and impact. • Collateral Design: Designing visually appealing Wish Cards that effectively conveyed the message and purpose of the initiative.

Results

The Wish Card partnership successfully enhanced Marriott's brand reputation by demonstrating its commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of children in need. The initiative fostered guest engagement, strengthened community partnerships, and generated heartwarming messages of support for patients at Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital.
